Hi Everyone,
After a long series of testing, we're ready to release the Cosmos for the current push!
The new features:
Auction Manager - handle your actions with style! Just drag & drop
PC Autopatcher - automagically retrieves the newest scripts for PC users!
Thott's Tooltipper - Watches tool tips and records the information. Run the patcher to (optionally) upload the information and get credit for your finds!
The Cosmos Configuration Menu - Just hit Escape and turn on/off anything you'd like!
Auction Manager can be accessed from the backpack, or by setting a hotkey in the Key Bindinds. Just drag and drop items into the auction window to start an auction!

Q u o t e:
Meet In Zone UI (seller-side UI)
The buyer can choose what zone's he's willing to travel to. These are meant to be conditions for sale. If you're a buyer, don't bid in an auction unless you're willing to meet the seller in one of the zones they've chosen.
For any auction there's a new string at the bottom of the auction details section. If you are drafting an auction, it defaults to "No meeting place", and there is a "Change" button next to it. Clicking the Change button brings up a UI where you can select a set of zones. Check any zones you like and click OK. Notice that the "No Meeting Place" string changes to Meeting Place: <zone-names>.
Once the auction starts, the buyer will see this same string, but instead of "Change", they see "Show". In cases where the seller has chosen many zones, the string will be too long to fit in the main UI so this will show a popup that lists every zone the seller allowed.
Currently if you do not select a zone as the seller, you cannot start the auction (the 'Start' button will be disabled). Choose at least one zone you're willing to sell in. So far there is some technical difficulty for automatically picking the zone you're in so I haven't done that.
Zone Filtering (buyer-side UI)
In the All Auctions tab you can click the Zone checkbox to filter by zone. When you click the checkbox, it will bring up a window that lets you choose what zones to filter by. After you hit OK, the All Auctions list will only contain auctions where the seller is willing to meet in at least one of your checked zones.
Play around with these features and tell me what you think. I will try to add a feature to let you also filter on item type using something very similar to this UI (or whatever UI this winds up morphing into).

Where's the files?
Auto-Patcher:
http://www.wowmods.com/cosmos/Cosmos.exe The automagic patcher for PC. Just load into the WoW directory and enjoy.
Daily Zip:
http://www.wowmods.com/cosmos/ This contains a nightly build of cosmos, straight from our repository to yours!
We've automated all of our publishing tools, so that now, we don't have to make new posts for you to enjoy everytime a small change has been made.
However, if you want to know what version you're using type:
/cversion
Viola! the number appears.
Using the patcher
When you load the program, it will immediately update to patch in the latest version that you've chosen! Simply go to Configure to choose which version: Release, Beta, Alpha (Stable, Testing, Development) you wish to use. Then viola, its patched.
Mac Install Instructions:
Find your World of Warcraft executable (probably, but not necessarily in /Applications/World of Warcraft/ )
Uncompress the zip file. Under Panther (10.3), this is done by simply double clicking the file, no application needed.
Take the "Interface" directory from the set of Cosmos files you just uncompressed and copy it to your World of Warcraft directory. Yes, the whole directory. If there is one already there, replace it. This will remove any mods you had previously installed. If you have other mods installed, you should know enough to get Cosmos installed without reading silly instructions.
Boot up World of Warcraft and hit ESC after entering the game to confirm that the mods are in place. You should see a "Cosmos Options" button that was not there previously. If it is, congrats, you are done. If it's not, quit, remove the contents of World of Warcraft/Interface and try again.
Enjoy your new tools.
Also, a ChangeLog.log file is now available at our website:
http://www.wowmods.com/ If you have questions or bug reports, feel free to hit up our forums. We're around from 10am EST to 3 am PST. or irc.datavertex.com #cosmostesters
As always, please enjoy our work, and feel free to leave new ideas here to see! If you have problems, please try toggling off various options in the Cosmos Configuration menu before posting! (particularly /script ToggleCombatHelper(); if you have spam!)
Known issues:
If you forget to clean your directory out before running the EXE, errors may occur. Be sure to save any custom mods that you have done before installing Cosmos. If you forget, you may get loads of error messages on start-up.
